Unboxing and Initial Setup

My journey with the COZZE 17-inch rotating gas pizza oven began with a bit of frustration. The first two ovens I ordered arrived damaged, despite the substantial packaging. This highlights a potential concern with shipping and handling.

However, the third oven finally arrived intact. The assembly process itself was surprisingly straightforward, taking approximately 30 minutes. I only needed a 10mm wrench and a large Torx screwdriver to attach the lid and handle.

The limited range of my thermometer prompted me to order a new one capable of measuring higher temperatures, specifically to monitor the pizza stone's temperature precisely during baking.
